By creating an account or using TinyMoods (the "App") you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
TinyMoods is operated by DEME Digital (VAT BE1037765089), Belgium — hello@tinymoments.io.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. The App is for parents and carers; children do not have accounts. You are responsible for your sign-in and for what happens under your account, and for the people you invite to your family.
TinyMoods lets a family keep a shared board of their children's moods and see the history. Features may change over time. The App is a family organisation tool, not a medical or psychological service, and does not provide diagnosis, treatment or professional advice.
A family has one owner and any number of users. The owner can remove users, transfer ownership and delete the family. Users can manage children, move moods and invite others. Anyone can leave a family or delete their account at any time.
You keep ownership of what you add (children's names, birth dates, photos, moods). You give us permission to store and display it to your family so the App can work. Only add information and photos you are entitled to share, and respect the privacy of the people involved.
Do not misuse the App: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other families' data, no interfering with the service, no automated scraping.
TinyMoods is currently free to use. If we introduce a paid plan, its price and conditions will be shown clearly before you buy and will be added to these Terms.
The App, its design and branding belong to DEME Digital. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the App.
The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights under mandatory law.
You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
Belgian law applies. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably go to the Belgian courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
