In the app
- Open TinyMoods and tap Manage.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Your sign-in and your place in the family are removed immediately.
What happens to the data
- You are a user (not the owner): your login and profile are deleted. The family, its children and their history stay for the others.
- You are the owner and others are in the family: first make someone else the owner (Manage → Family members), or delete the whole family.
- You are the only person in the family: deleting your account also deletes the family, its children, photos and all history.
- Delete the whole family: owners can use Settings → Delete family (type the family name to confirm). This removes the data for everyone.
Deleted data disappears from our backups within about 90 days. Crash reports and analytics are retained only for the standard Firebase period and are not linked to a profile after the account is deleted.
Can't open the app?
Email hello@tinymoments.io from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm within 30 days.
